Welcome to Olio Fresca! We specialize in quality extra virgin olive oils from California (and two varieties from Greece and Italy) and balsamic vinegars. All of our products are produced using the highest standards and we take great care to provide you with the best service possible. We love educating our customers, sharing recipes, and new and innovative ways to use our products.

Olio Fresca is owned by Heather and Rob Cramer. Our shop is located inside the Pittsburgh Public Market in the Strip District. All products are available to taste - so important with olive oils which are all unique in flavor. You're always guaranteed to be happy with what you purchase. Watching the faces and reactions of people who try Olio Fresca oils and balsamics is such a rewarding experience. In short, we're olive oil lovers and hope you will be, too!
